Cancellation Policy
Private Coaching sessions must be paid for in advance. Dates and/or time-slots offered or discussed are not confirmed until full payment for that session is received. In the event that you want to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so 72 hours before a session commences. Failure to do so shall result in forfeiture of that session. You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that you join each class with reliable internet signal and from a quiet conducive location. You must position yourself in such a manner that your face is well lit (not dark) and your video camera must remain on throughout the entirety of each class, with you actively participating and being in front of your camera. Failure to meet the requirements contained in this stipulation may result in forfeiture of that session.
